Shipping : provider, delivery times...

The methods of delivery are given in the Terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and conditions of sale", Clause 6). "La Poste" (French post) is the transport service choosen by DYKKEREN.

In France, it's called Colissimo and offers two delivery methods: Without signature or With signature

The retail pricing of these services is available below.

In both cases, when order is dispatched, DYKKEREN informs customer of Colissimo tracking number so he/she can monitor the delivery of his/her order on the site Colissimo.

Postage participation

The pricing depends on the number and type of items purchased.

Customers must pay attention to the choice of delivery method: it must be adapted to conditions for receipt of parcels to ensure proper delivery of the ordered products (standard mailbox etc.. ).

Mini-products shipping

• Shipping specially offered for very small products
• Sent by letter with Followed Letter sticker depending on destination
• If you order a classic item in addition, there will be no shipping associated with the Mini products in your basket, they will be slipped into the package for free.

France, delivery without signature

• 8€ until two items
• 10€ from three to four items
• Free for five items and more

France, delivery with signature

• 9€ until two items
• 11€ from three to five items
• Free for six items and more

These prices represent a contribution to the overall cost of shipping: packaging and shipping.

Guadeloupe (including St-Barthelemy and St-Martin), Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, Mayotte and St-Pierre-and-Miquelon

DYKKEREN Packaging

Packaging depends on the number of items.

• To send of 1 to 2 items, DYKKEREN uses 100% recycled paper reinforced pockets, except for gift packages.
• Beyond 1 to 2 items DYKKEREN uses preferably recycled cardboard packaging.

To better protect articles, DYKKEREN may occasionally use silk paper or reuse protective dunnage and even plastic bags from its suppliers.

FREE PARCELS DEPOSIT

Deadline

Preparation in 72 hours max and delivery within 48 hours the store SUB OUEST Gradignan (33).

Terms

Parcels deposit withdrawal terms are given in the Terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and conditions of sale", Clause 6). This service is free and open to any customer with the opportunity to withdraw his order against proof (order number, identity ...) within 15 days following the provision to store SUB OUEST at:
